Notes: This sweet older lady was found as a stray on the intersection of Kemp and 10th Street in Ironton, Ohio.

We are calling this Chihuahua mix, Sugar. She is estimated to be 13 years old, She is obviously used to being super close to people and craves to be held all the time. Most likely partially blind and deaf she needs a safe space to calm down. We would be elated to find the owners, but in the meantime, we hope to help her health as she is stressed here at the shelter.
